Strange Incident

As part of the routine job, one day I set out to fix appointment with the leading consultants in the city. In this context, I had spoken one of the consultant and who had the given the appointment for the next day in the afternoon at 1500 Hrs. The next day I had tried to the same person for confirmation of the appointment and he had asked to come at 1600 hours, then I followed his office 15 minutes ahead of the schedule, then on checking at the reception I was told he has gone out and will be here. Then I decided to call up to inform that was waiting for him in his office, then he quickly responded saying that he will be back in 30-45 minutes and asked us to wait in his office. I decided to have a cup of tea at the nearest joint and returned back and continued to wait and after waiting for nearly 75 minutes , then called him up again to say that I was still waiting for him, then he said that he was in the office and asked where was I?. I told that I was waiting in his of...

Bio Rotors Information in STP

Excerpts from Bio-Wheel Website Mixing & aeration produced from slowly rotating Bio-RotorsTM. No blowers are required. It has a small footprint, low power consumption and low cost. The only noise is cascading water. The Bio-RotorTMbiological treatment system has been developed to combine the compactness and flexibility of the activated sludge process with the stability and simplicity of the fixed film process. The Bio-Rotor TMsystem integrates the two processes in a single tank by using a simple mechanical drive system. The rotation of the Bio-RotorTM provides alternating air and water cycles for the fixed film process, and aeration and mixing for the activated sludge process. The heart of the wastewater treatment process is the Bio-RotorTM which consists of a rotating structure with cell plates* arranged in a series of rows. The cell plates are 3/4" apart and provide a roughened surface as media for fixed film growth, and also provide a source of aeration for the activated sl...
