Exam

What is exam fear?  Often in the times when i used to write exams, it will seem like the preparation is good enough but sometimes in the examination hall we find that maybe our mind is blank and are fearful.

Once we see the exam papers, we start becoming nervous of much we know. It is important  to remain calm in such scenarios. Suddenly we also find that we are not able to write the answers which we are confident.

Recently heard a learned tamil religious motivational orator as i call him known by the name suki sivam. He is seriously impressive and gave an excellent analogy for the same and wanted to share this in an nice drafted article.

We often tune the radio to the frequency in which my song is being played,  if my song is being played in radio mirchi and i listen to radio one i will not be able to listen i want to hear.

when we read at home the environment is very calm and hence the brain waves are different from the ones which we experience in the exam hall where the mind is tense which resulting in the change in the brain waves, hence we cannot receive the info as needed by us.

For better results we will be advised to be calm and start creating the environment when we have studied at house resulting in the brain waves sychronising from Study and examination which is a very valid scientific thinking process for the fear of exams.

Food for thought!
