Tummy Trimming
If you are having the problem of the tummy or excess fat around the stomach area. This could lead to problems the health leading to obesity. This also leads to increment in the blood pressure and may even lead to variation of the heart functioning.
We can reduce the stomach fat by the following steps as below :
- Do exercise regularly
- Plan good diet
- Do not skip the breakfast
- Ban on Salty Food
Start with warming up exercises, which will help in the good flow of the blood to the various parts of the body. After which we can start with the stretching of the arms and legs, by taking the hands with the palms inwards pointing upwards and feet close together and breathe in and try to touch to the feet and hold there for 10-15 seconds , then breathe out and go back to the original position. You can do this for 10 times which help in the stress on the stomach muscles. To ensure the exercise that you have been doing in the right procedure, you will feel the heat in the stomach muscles.
Next stretch both the hand outwards with the palm facing the ground, then bend the right hand towards the left toe while breathing in , hold on for 10-15 seconds and return the original position by breathing out and then similarly do with the left hand to touch the right toe, do this routine for 10 times.
Keep the hands outwards with the palm facing the ground, then rotate the top half of the body till the point the bottom half does not twist in one direction, hold on for 10-15 seconds and return to the normal position after do the same in the opposite direction. Do this routine for 10 times.
Now sit down on the knee with the feet together, hold the folded hands behind and then bend down by breathing in to touch the face on the ground and try to touch your tip of the nose, hold on for about 5-10 seconds and breathe out to return back to normal position, repeat this for 10 times.
Now sit down on the ground stretch the legs together with the top half of the body erect, hold the hands with the palms facing each other alongside the ears, now while breathing in bend the back , touch the toes with the hands and also try to touch the tip of the nose to the knees, hold on for about 5-10 seconds and breathe out to return back to normal position, repeat this for 10 times.
Now lie down on the stomach, keep the hands alongside the body and then breathe in and lift the legs without bending the knee say about 15 degrees from the ground and hold on for about 10-15 seconds and breathe out to return back to normal position, repeat this for 10 times.
Now lie down on the stomach, keep the hands alongside the body and then breathe in and lift the legs without bending the knee and also try to lift the head to the extent possible say about 10-15 degrees from the ground and hold on for about 10-15 seconds and breathe out to return back to normal position, repeat this for 10 times.
Now sit down on the knee with the feet together, hold the folded hands on the laps and then try to suck the stomach and hold on for about 10-15 seconds by breathing in and breathe out to return back to normal position, repeat this for 25 times.
Cool Down is started by lying down on the back, with legs and hands loose and breathe in and out slowly for about 3-5 minutes. This kind of routine will help strongly in the reduction of the stomach fat.
Along with the exercise routine, good healthy diet + breakfast, with the reduction of salt will also help in trimming of tummy.
As the salt helps in the water absorption, which help in the reduction of the water in the body, thus will achieve a leaner frame.
