Company Management
We always spend a lot of time in the building up a process, the need for the process to exist in its place for the reason it helps in better management of the organization however big or small the company might be. It is often said that the process makes better performance and also process enable the company to look beyond the outstretched sights.
In the pursuit , certain managers who are the key to hold the policy in place they are one who deterred the growth of the companies. In most of the cases you would see that due to some personal liking or vendetta the managers who are key or what I would call as the front runner of the policies decide to sit over the same and try to ignore the mere fact that they are custodian of the policy makers and forget the need to put their foot down in the need of the hour.
Often we talk about the company taking care of the employees by organizing get-together and other activities which will help in better relationship building among the co-employees and the lead managers. But the very fact the way of treatment in the office atmosphere would have actually let down some performing employees who might not be the blue-eyed employee of the management. It can be related to a common incident in everyone’s life as narrated below.
As we grow up, we start to build relation and enjoy every aspect of life in the event we miss to take of our health; we add a lot of body weights and then when we realize it is very late. Then we talk of jogging in the morning, going to the Gym for work out but the very fact that a little bit of care in the young growing days we could have easily averted this irreversible situation where you will be doing a lot of exercise without any visible impact on your body leading to a lot of problems.
The same is the story in the company management who let us the situation out of hand and then try to make up for the situation. When the dissatisfied employee leaves the organization it is always said that “Sour Grapes”, we will always get better than one we had,by which the company is just avoiding is known problems.
There is old saying “ A Stitch in time Saves Nine” which is the eternal truth.
