Everyone wants to look nice, charming and beautiful as we all know that eyes are the most important feature which makes the person attractive. The striking feature of any person could be healthy, sparkling eyes , sometimes we can call them as a person with a sparkle in the eye which is reflection of the bright human being. It would be meaningless to mention that eyes are centre point of the attractive feature of the face and serves as indicator natural beauty.

How does anyone really to get these attractiveness we have mentioned above! It is all that difficult to reach the pinnacle of beauty. It is always nice lesion to be learnt that being calm you would have understood how to weather a storm, and being still in the middle of the storm you will have all the energy in the soul congregated to win over the same. Though the easiest way is achieved through the usage of making-up. You can always emphasize or intensify the shape and colour of your eyes with the help of a pencil, eyeliners and eye shadows. But the best way to maintain that inner sparkle is to take care of your health. Avoid long hours and do not overstrain your eyes.

How Should We Avoid Eye-Strain


Let us first understand the causes for the eye strain which is mainly due to the poor lighting, sitting postures used by us in the daily chores of life.
The major cause of the eye strain which leads to heaviness of the eye is poor or insufficient lighting while doing any kind of work which involves the eye strain will lead to weariness. This causes a weary look and also creates a dull feeling that not only causes the weariness also could eventually affect the eyesight in the long run.
We will now look at the major cause as the postures in which we tend do some reading as well as it is common practice from your childhood that we are not really concerned about this even thought we are frequently warned on the same by our elders in the young days. The correct method is to hold any reading object about 0.5 meters away from the eyes. The same holds good for all kinds of eye activity like reading , writing , seeing or watching.
Simple Home Remedies For Tired Eyes
1. To soothe tired eyes, dip cotton pads in chilled milk or Rose Water and place on closed eyes for 20 minutes. Now relax completely.
2. Alternatively, you can place slices of cucumber or grated cucumber on closed eyelids for about 20 minutes and relax completely.
3. To completely relax the eyes and the surrounding muscles, close your eyes with your palms and think of something nice and pleasant or soothing and at a distance. Now gently open your eyes and look into the distance. Next focus on an object at arm’s length. Do this extremely relaxing exercise four to five times a day.
4. We can also rotate our eyeballs by sitting in the room move from bottom left – top left – top right – bottom right and reverse way with each of them 10 times.

How to good Make-up for the Eyes.

You can make eyes look larger with good make-up. You can apply a light shadow on the upper eye lids and dark shadow in the crease of the eyes, which will give nice contrast and makes it appear larger and brighter. The Usage of a brown or grey eyeliner or eye pencil close to the lashes, on the outer part of the upper eyelids and lower eyelids. Use mascara to darken the upper and lower eyelashes.
